Gold was the subject of “City of Gold,” Laura Gabbert’s terrific documentary about the man and his work. I also interviewed him before the film came out. Capstan, a brand of Pakistan Tobacco Company (PTC), was perhaps the first to film commercials abroad, beginning in the sixties.
